Any prices listed on the website are true only for our website and governed by our Pricing Policy. Returns and Exchanges Our general policy is that we do not take returns or exchanges. Our items are carefully inspected, packaged carefully, and shipped insured. The no-return policy helps us keep our costs down and offer pricing that can beat that of brick and mortar stores and other on-line distributors. If your purchase does not function or arrives damaged, we will work with you to get a replacment from the manufacturer subject to the requirements set forth by that manufacturer, or a reimbursement from the shipping agent. If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented, we will work with you to find an amicable solution, which may or may not include a return or exchange at our discretion.
