When attached to torch handles with "B" size inlets, will actually stop a flashback. Also, designed to stop reverse flow of gases; should be left in place when hose is detached. NOTE: FG model will work on acetylene up to 15 psig, 02 up to 200 psig, and all other fuel gases up to 50 psig.
