ESAB All-State 11B Brazing Alloy - 3/32" Thickness, 18" Length, 1 lb Tube - 69051011

A high strength brazing alloy for joining ferrous and non-ferrous metals (except white metals), and carbon and alloy steels. Higher strength than ordinary bronze rods, can replace many higher cost silver alloys.

Procedure

Clean joint area. Paint area with All-State No. 1113 paste flux. Assemble parts making sure a close fit is maintained. A joint clearance of .001" to .003" will give maximum strengths. Heat with a neutral flame until flux turns liquid. Add sufficient alloy to fill joint. All-State No. 5 flux is recommended for better bonding qualities on stainless steel and cast iron.
