Procedure
Thoroughly clean joint area. Joint clearance should be .002" to .005". Apply All-State No. 110 or S-200 Flux to joint; if necessary, thin with alcohol or water. When working on stainless steel and other materials subject to discoloration, paint area adjacent to joint with All-State No. 110 or S-200 Flux. Apply heat with a slightly carburizing flame until flux turns clear. Melt off enough alloy to fill completely. Allow to cool slowly. Remove flux with hot water.
