Non-machinable, nickel-base powder for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steels, cast iron, copper, monel, nickel and cobalt base alloys. 55 to 60 Rockwell C.

A non-machinable, nickel-base powder designed for high abrasion resistance. Its deposit has high resistance to corrosion, high temperature oxidation, high hot hardness and a low coefficient of friction. Excellent for brick cores, cams, plug gages, pistons, guide rolls, rocker arms, tappets, shafts and rods, valve gates and plugs. Can be applied to carbon, alloy and stainless steels, cast iron, copper, copper alloys, nickel and cobalt base alloy parts. Finish by grinding with silicon carbide or diamond grinding wheels.
