Tube-Alloy 865-S Mod deposit is a modified steel composition. It offers good resistance to metalto-metal wear and corrosion, and ultimate resistance to thermal fatigue fire cracking frequently encountered by steel mill rolls.

OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISITCS:

Tube-Alloy 865-S Mod is a high deposition rate wire that produces sound, porosity-free, crack-free deposits.  McKay HF-N flux is recommended.
