Tube-Alloy A420M-S deposit is a modified 420 stainless steel composition. It offers higher hardness than standard 420 stainless steel deposits, resulting in longer roll life where thermal fatigue is not the prime consideration.

OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Tube-Alloy A420M-S is a high-deposition rate wire that produces sound, porosity-free, crack-free weld deposits. McKay HF-N flux is recommended.
